Sorry to have been such a B about that - supposedly Navigator is cleaning up their act but if at the end of August they were still getting a thumbs down from the locals I figured 3 more months was still pretty risky.

The Tradewinds has a lounge as part of the restaurant.  I was there on a Sunday night and she shut down the bar sometime between 10 and 10:30 but told us we could order a couple of extra drinks and stay if we wanted to.  They just put a big wooden box thing over the booze and padlock it.   There is also a bar just around the corner too if I remember right - it wasn't open Sunday night after the concert though.

Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and if we don't want to go exploring the meal I had in the restaurant was very good.   Maybe I can call ahead for the lobster ravioli to be the day's appetizer again - LOL

Couple things - - no hair dryer in the rooms   - at least the one I was in - but the desk found me one to use.- - and the wireless connection is spotty - could use my laptop in the restaurant but not in my room.  There is a "communal computer" in the lobby however.

As far as the "beverages" for the party - - if you think you can come up with a one drink fits all out of the list that's fine with me  Grin
[hint - I don't much like margaritas and haven't ordered a Sombrero since I was Amy's age Sad  ]
Has anyone booked the room yet? I didn't check to see what the Tradewinds cancellation policy is but trust it's the standard call by 4pm on the day of arrival thing...
Do we have an accurate count yet ? Skiming back through the thread it looks like -
me
Amy
Liz
Margaux
Lisa

is that right ? ?
That seems like it's right. If anyone else wants to crash, they'll have to BYOB (Bring your own bed!). Smile
Linda -- are you talking beverages for Rockland? As you all know from prior occasions, I'm definitely not fussy. I also suspect we'll have leftovers from next weekend.
So Captain, Diet, and Kahlua and whatever goes into a sombrero for Amy...
Actually I guess it was more of a challenge to Liz to whittle down the booze list for next weekend  Haha
Milk with the Kahula...won't need much...

won't need much milk - because i probably won't be drinking much! Tongue

Linda - if we take the booze to the party we probably won't be invited back!!! Haha
Haha Like Margaux said, we'll have enough leftovers from this
weekend. I'll just bring the NESP booze bag Rotfl
