Sorry to have been such a B about that - supposedly Navigator is cleaning up their act but if at the end of August they were still getting a thumbs down from the locals I figured 3 more months was still pretty risky.
The Tradewinds has a lounge as part of the restaurant. I was there on a Sunday night and she shut down the bar sometime between 10 and 10:30 but told us we could order a couple of extra drinks and stay if we wanted to. They just put a big wooden box thing over the booze and padlock it. There is also a bar just around the corner too if I remember right - it wasn't open Sunday night after the concert though.
Everyone I came in contact with was very nice and if we don't want to go exploring the meal I had in the restaurant was very good. Maybe I can call ahead for the lobster ravioli to be the day's appetizer again - LOL
Couple things - - no hair dryer in the rooms - at least the one I was in - but the desk found me one to use.- - and the wireless connection is spotty - could use my laptop in the restaurant but not in my room. There is a "communal computer" in the lobby however.
As far as the "beverages" for the party - - if you think you can come up with a one drink fits all out of the list that's fine with me
[hint - I don't much like margaritas and haven't ordered a Sombrero since I was Amy's age
