Hello, all!

I was thinking about something that the Music Director (Danny Lyons) of WEBE108 told me during one of the MANY times that I called in to request both "Just To Feel That Way" or "Heaven Knows" earlier this year, of which I still request both of them... Just because...

I meant to write something about this for the 4th of July, and regretfully forgot to :( BUT the statement that stayed in my mind is that despite the fact that they do not take REQUESTS, they DO take DEDICATIONS!!!

SO, if they honor DEDICATIONS, and even though it is a holiday in November which is arriving sooner than later, VETERANS DAY is coming up...

So I think we should DEDICATE the song "Do I Make You Proud?" TO THE TROOPS, both past & present...

What do all of you think?

Unfortunately, the two songs that would fit this are the two songs he
never plays so maybe he wouldn't want that?

I could see "this one goes out to Julie, who just broke up with her boyfriend" (Heaven Knows) or something similar....

I think that's a great idea.The number of hits DIMYP gets on YouTube is evidence that it's a well loved song. Perfect for Veterans Day !!
