I think I liked Claude Monet day the best so far - thank you ladies Smile
Me too.  I felt . . . enlightened! Wink Just shows you the diversity of interests and knowledge of a Taylor Hicks fan.

Who says the internet isn't educational?

LISA

So glad I don't have to try to partake of this anymore.Smile
Lisa, good job, it's been several months now hasn't it ?  Know how hard it is - really do ! ! !

I had a college roomate who spent a summer is Spain....it is amazing how many people smoke in Europe....EVERYONE! They start young too!

I used to "play" around when I was a senior in college and would have one cigarette after dinner or would go for a walk on a cold night and have one or have a few when drinking but I honestly don't know why. I hated the taste it left in my mouth and generally have always hated the smell of smoke on people. I had chronic bronchitis and mild asthma as a child and begged my father till he quit pipe smoking. Thank God I never became addicted because I hate cigarettes and the way they age people, turn nails and teeth yellow, turn lungs black, and countless other harmful things! Can you tell I HATE them?? LOL....sorry to all you smokers, I don't hate the person, just the habit....after my parents divorced my Dad became a chain smoker (cig) again....I have to take a shower and wash my hair after visiting him....I cannot breathe in his house. Yuk!

Congrats to all those who have quit!! Huggy
Suppose Taylor's trying to kick the habit today? Wink
Congratulations on sticking with it Lisa.  You rock! HeartHuggy
It is one of the hardest things I've ever tried. I'm a whimp and I know I'm going to need help. Does anyone have any suggestions other than "cold turkey"? I'm afraid I'd break into the gun safe here, and nobody will be safe!

They are coming up with better drugs to help me, but it's going to take more than "curbing the urge".
