Funny story. My granddaughter Abby was an avid breastfeeder. She called the breasts "milks"  (she talked early, but yes...  she breastfed until age 2).  One day my daughter was carrying a laundry basket and dropped a bra.  Abby said "Oh Mommy? You dropped your milk holder".    The college-age baby sitter and her friends took it up and the phrase spread. Now in Northern Vermont colleges, many female students go to Victoria's Secret or elsewhere to get new "milk holders".

That is a funny story,Duff ! Kids are great, they call it as they see it Haha:haha:

I absolutely HATE bras! Always have, always will. Only put them on when I go out of the house. If I had been old enough in the 60s to wear one, I probably would have burned it like others did at the time.

Devil
Still hate them and only started wearing one on a regular basis when the unforgiving reality of gravity set in about 10 years ago. Before that only wore one if the top I had on made it necessary. Fear

I only recently started wearing underwire ones - gee is this thread getting to be TMI? Oh well...I never could find one that fit me and felt comfortable. Now I have and what a world of difference!

I can't believe no one has mentioned the "over the shoulder boulder holders"! Haha
::thinks about what TMI means on certain other fansites I frequent:: Rotfl

The underwires -- I have a love/hate relationship with those. I need them for support, but after a couple washings they don't fit right anymore. I don't get it. I hand-wash, I air-dry, I re-shape! But once the starch or sizing or whatever is washed out of it, they dig into me. Tongue Evil!
