We didn't have any leftover ones this time! They got thrown out because my sister hates leftover mashed potatoes - "they're lumpy" - WHATEVER!!!
We still have leftovers here...going to finish them up for dinner tonight (there might be enough turkey for sandwiches tomorrow, and the apple pie will likely last a few more days). It's against the law to throw them away in my house!
Our leftovers are just about gone! Good, because yesterday my husband said he was all turkey-ed out!Tongue
I think we're about ready for pizza and Patriots tonight.Highfive

The cats are enjoying the leftover turkey immensely w00tbounce

Feline tryptophan euphoria induced by excessive quantities of leftover Thanksgiving turkey

That sandwich looks good! There used to be a sandwich at Au Bon Pain (seasonal I think) named Thanksgiving on a bun or something like that!
I LOVE to put cranberry sauce in my leftover cold turkey sandwiches!
Love Au Bon Pain - - the best antidote for 2 hour layovers in airports !

Well, unless it's Boston - - then it's Legal Seafood Grin
Our leftovers are still in the fridge but nobody's eating them! Panera for lunch today, and I've got beef stew cooking for dinner. Mmm... I don't want to see turkey for at least a week! Haha
AH -- if KFC made a sandwich that looked like that, they'd see me much more often...
I think D'Angelos has a sub with turkey and cranberry, not sure about the stuffing.
