Taylor has shown us glimpses of having a natural affinity for this style of music. Would like to think this pick means he is exploring in that direction for a new song.
JMHO but I happen to think a strong sense of timing is more important to jazz than some of the other genres - - would compare it to stand up comedy - can have a great piece of music but if the timing of the delivery is off - it just doesn't work.
Lisa, you might prefer something more along these lines - same idea but a little reigned in - more traditional sound
