[/i]Thank you to all of you for the wonderful donations that A Baby Center received after the recent Taylor Hicks concert! We were so thrilled to receive so many diapers, baby products, clothing and cash. These items will be distributed to many babies who are living in need on the Cape and Islands. The cash will be used to purchase diapers and wipes.

During the month of June, ABC was able to serve 430 babies with a pack of diapers, a pack of wipes and some baby clothing and equipment. Because of organizations such as yours, ABC continues to meet the mission of helping babies under the age of three whose parents struggle financially.

I can't stop saying this - we're so awesome!!!

It was so very nice to be able to deliver so much stuff to the Baby Center. Thanks everyone for donating, and thanks to everyone here for letting me, the newbie, be part of this awesome fund raiser.

Wondered if something should be written up and submitted to local papers, etc?

A large bag of clothing was left at my office this weekend for A Baby Center because someone "heard a lady was collecting early this summer" and she just had a chance to clean out her son's closet. She hoped she was not too late for the lady's group to "get credit" for the bag of boys clothing. Brought a tear to my eye.....I know I'm a sap but it's a nice feeling to know that NESP is able to continue to give to A Baby Center months after Taylor's shows.

I'll deliver the bag this week to Mary Pat.

Again, thank you to everyone who participated in this event.

Earlier this week I took a trunk load of items to A Baby Center that were brought to my office as a result of the NESP posters for our Baby Shower that went out in June.

Mary Pat thanked us again for the generous donations A Baby Center received in June, and the subsequent donations as a result of our shower. She was especially moved by the cash donation and the way in which the funds were collected.

Thank you again NESP for participating in our summer Baby Shower.
