Unfortunately David and I have developed a conflict for the upcoming weekend, so I won't be able to make it

It's definitely a go! I don't think anyone has confirmed a hotel yet.
I'll call if you guys tell me which one you decided we want....I think
we have 4-5 people going....Margaux, bummer you guys can't make
it! We'll miss you!
Any donations are appreciated, especially as we haven't sold that
many ornaments yet. I still have a little left from the auction cash and
have gotten most of what we need for activities,etc. Still will need
some for pizza and soda unless I can get them to donate the pizza.
I'm just waiting for the number of kids attending before I call them.
Lisa, Trivia would be fun. I'm useless at trivia, but if you want to
put something together we have some prizes,etc.
the care is still full from our last adventure. Have to do some
major rearranging

If anyone comes across plastic bowls for ice cream in their travels
can you grab some? Maybe some chocolate sauce too? Margaux
had mentioned bringing some holiday papers,cards,etc. if you have
any lying around that are extra. They would be fun for the craft stuff.

Can do bowls, sauces, spoons, etc - need anything else along those lines ? - - am certain the Party store in Bangor I visited on the way to Tricia's would be happy to see me again
