I'll be flying solo Friday night. I'm going to try and leave here around 3:30 which should put me in Rockland around 6pm. I've got 3 sets of hats & mittens/gloves for the older set of kids.
Do we know how many will be attending yet?

No numbers yet-I'll call her tomorrow if I don't hear by today. I picked
up a bunch of hats and gloves too

Thanks Linda for doing bowls and sauces. I have spoons and holiday
sprinkles. I plan to be up there early on Friday so can pick up stuff
like soda,perishables, once I get there.

I'm getting excited now The car is loaded with goodies and
fun stuff

I can stop at Sam's Club on my way through Bangor for bulk food stuff too.

Also - repeating question  - do you mean Christmas wrapping paper and actual cards ? ?

If you give me a list of things you need  I'll check Mardens, etc. for things

or is it easier if I just write a check ? ? ?   - - obviously is for me - LOL

Hi Linda, I'd book for 4-we can always squeeze someone in, but I
think that's all we've got...

I was just going to contribute some holiday scrap type stuff-pieces
of wrapping paper,old cards,etc. nothing fancy. Stuff they could paste
on a collage or the like.

I should have an approx. count by tomorrow so we'll know for soda,
pizza,ice cream. If you want to pick up soda, I'll just reimburse you
from our fund....would save some time....

No need for reimbursement - - just give me a list to pick up.

Bowls and sauces for ice cream - - you have spoons right ?
Soda
Maybe some flavored waters ?   - - I don't drink soda so tend to think of those things

Do we need plates ?
Napkins ?
Cups ?
Chips ?

Stuff for collages I should be able to come up with - - - just have to wade into "the room"  

Will make a reservation at Tradewinds.

I'll check and see what we've got at the house for leftover cards, wrap, etc. I'm sure my mother would love to donate some of that stuff just to get rid of it!

Do you want me to get a big canister of hot cocoa?

Latest update....She thinks there will be at least 15 teens and 5
little ones under 2 years old The list may grow as we get closer. She'll check in towards the end of the week. The kids are all
psyched from what I hear

I'll call re pizza/ice cream, see if they'll donate, and order them
tomorrow.

We have cups,plates,napkins,tablecloths, a couple of round trays,
and plastic utensils. We could probably use a couple of bowls for
snacks-if you want to grab chips, party mix or the like that would be
great. Sodas and flavored waters should please everyone.
As for the cocoa, they have a microwave and may be able to get a pot
to hold hot water so it has to be something that works with that. Maybe some little marshmallows? I can shop on Friday too if need be.

I also have some holiday cookies, candy canes, caramel popcorn.

Teen dance music-anyone???anyone????

LOL I am also cleaning out "the room" of stuff that they might
be able to use for crafts and in general...

I'll get a canister of cocoa and a couple bags of marshmallows. I figure it is something that can stay there even if it doesn't get used for the party.

Just talked with Lisa

She won't be able to leave on Friday but will be coming to Ellsworth on Saturday for Shemekia's concert with Amy and I.

She is going to pick up chips, party mix, whatever and drop it off to me before I leave on Friday.

Liz, I don't have a clue on music for that age group.

Wish I hadn't cleaned my d-in-law out of toddler clothes for the Hyannis project.
