I noticed that too when I placed my order. When I double checked the transaction on Paypal it showed the shipping address as not provided. Liz, any ideas?

It may be one of those little add on programs that let your computer process the different programs used by sites - - things like Adobe , ActiveX, etc. - you may be missing one or need an updated version.
Checked the properties and the banner is a Corel PHOTO-PAINT 8.0 Image - - do you have a recent version of Corel ? ?
Beyond that suggestion I'm clueless.

The ornaments just arrived and they're REALLY cute!! I'll start shipping
them on Friday and will have a better picture and description by
then as well
The image is actually just a jpeg, and if you are seeing all the other images on the page, you should see that. Doesn't matter what programs you have.
