first car my parents let me drive their 1984 Mercury Marquis Brougham, aka the big green BOAT--4 door, metallic green w/white top and white walls..8 cylinder! They also had one of those car phones that sat on that arm that was installed on the floor nxt to the driver!! Oooh, wait, I think it had a moonroof too!! Woo-boy, was I ever an 80s child w/big hair from NJ!! Shoulda have the theme from The Sopranos blaring out the back speakers!!
