Don't think I ever went and looked at it on Amazon's site because don't remember the album info but remember it was posted somewhere when it came out - -
I listen to all his playlists at tay-online every once in a while - - the fact that Dylan's
I Shall Be Released is on a couple of them gives me hope - undoubtedly false - that Taylor will cover it sometime - * sigh *

I don't know if I ever saw the complete list either. I love his little notes
on the songs

I love his little notes on the songs

Me too - especially this one - -
"One of my favorite artists right now . . . . . . . "
- - since my short list changes all the time - currently hooked on Shemekia Copeland, Charlie A'Court, Grace Potter, Warren Zevon and David Sanborn [saxaphonist] - next week who knows . . . . .
but just bought the Traveling Wilburys set of the two reissued CDs and a DVD so suspect that will be
my next obsession
AH -- so you've finally gone over the edge for Grace?
Well over the edge might be a little strong - LOL - but yeah I'm a Ms. Potter convert.
When people I usually agree with like someone I'm more than willing to try and figure out what they are hearing that I'm missing.
The weekend of the NESP party I was on a Janis Joplin kick - enjoy her best in an atmosphere of minimal distraction like a long solo car drive. There are others I prefer that way too so on a hunch stopped at Borders on the drive home and got
This Is Somewhere. It stayed in my player for much of the rest of the drive. Have also picked up
Nothing But The Water and am happily absorbing that little bit rougher sound - in some ways prefer it actually.
Not sure why it took "total immersion" for Grace - one possibility is that her voice reminds me a bit of some other people at times and my music filter just dismissed her as too derivitive ? Definitely Not So when took the time to pay attention.
There is some decent video to roam through for anyone interested - or still on the fence - -

Have never had a real preference before but think
Grace may be who I would pick for a duet with Taylor for a number of reasons - - and if Bonnie Raitt isn't available of course, lol - - used to think Joss Stone until her last sellout - er - album.
Grace has opened for Gov't Mule recently and sat in with Warren [great pairing] - -
she is officially doing the Christmas Jam - - so if Taylor visits again this year - - ? - -? - -
(there is a big
please embedded in there)
Besides how can you not love a woman who gives this interview
