I think any kind of ornament/momento would be fine. Just thought
the ornaments with some of his "cool gigs" might be fun down the
road for him....It could be as simple as writing "Jay Leno-Tonight
Show 2005" on a store bought inexpensive ornament. Not meant to
bring on stress, craft anxiety
, etc.
I don't think we should do baked goods-we have no idea how long it
will take to get to him,etc. Let's keep it simple

Amy..youre really confirming HOW MUCH I want to MOVE TO ME!!!!!!! (or MA!!)...the ornaments are very cute...everytime I go to Ellsworth, I go to the Christmas Store on Rt. Somethingorother (cant remember) and browse and pick an ornament made by a local artist.
Liz--this is easy enough...I think I can get something done--remember, my girls are elementary school aged w/MANY teachers and Ive always got to come up with teacher gift ideas--so this is kinda the same thing because the kids always make gifts for the teachers--handmade gifts are nice as the stand out and hopefully the teachers will remember who gave it to them.
I agree w/Lori that we should send him a NESP ornament cuz theyre so purdy!!

Browsing through Christmas Tree this morning and spotted a few things for our crafty NESP'ers
1) Photo ornaments frames; just put in a photo. Comes in red or green or gold with ribbon to attach to the tree. Easy enough for even me to do....if only I could think of a good photo to put in the frame.
2) Blank balls

OK...balls all ready to be hand crafted

Box of 4 $1.69 Could not think of what I could do to those so I left them on the shelf. Several boxes of them....
