I am going to guess that it's a photo from the Bessemer, Alabama show. He went off stage to change his shirt and when he came back out he had buttoned it wrong so he tried to fix it while on stage - and of course, the crowd went wild.

No, I think it's an oldie from backstage at AI...when his hands were over his head and he was wearing a dark shirt.

Seger has it right - the basket was a fan gift during Idol but can't remember which group sent it to him.
This pic has always made me smile - love that Taylor has the self assurance to be an unselfconscious goofball sometimes - find it refreshing and charming in this image-is-all world
