Seems her Portland concert experience was made even better by a young man who was patient and kind and answered questions with no trace of anything but genuine interest in what she and her friend had to say. Her opinion of Taylor was enhanced by that experience. She feels that the people one hires and surrounds oneself with reflect the character of "the boss".
