So... I take it I am the only golfer in this group? I started playing a few years ago, and I love getting out on the course with my hubby (it is great exercise, btw). I also watch quite a bit of golf...I happen to be a big fan of Tiger Woods and really liked Payne Stewart before he died in a tragic plane crash. And I even talked golf with Taylor at my M&G with him. He thought it was "great to be able to play golf with your significant other" after I invited him to play with my husband and I at our club. He hasn't taken me up on the invitation yet...I wonder why?
I would love to host the "Taylor Hicks NESP Mini-Golf Tournament." I know the perfect place!!!!

I just love mini golf. There is a wonderful place in Westford, MA, off Rt 495 called Kimball Farm. Awesome mini golf (ask Stacey), to die for ice cream, and they host company picnics, etc. They are used to having groups there. My company has done our outing there twice.

Seriously, though, back to Taylor's golf tournament participation...
Modern Whomp Magazine will be covering Taylor at the tournament next week. It will be nice to see our resident soulman again, get some info on the upcoming DVD, his trip to ASIA and plans to return, the "Harp full of Soul" documentary, the upcoming album, and of course his golf game. I have learned that Tay has a respectable 15 USGA Handicap and getting lower..This entire interview and wright up will be in our February issue in our "Touring with Taylor" section and posted on our new blog that will be launch February 1st at
