Taylor looked like he was having so much fun last night.

On The Lowdown one, you have to watch at about 2:57 when I was filming Brian on the flute and Taylor kind of hopped back into the frame. It's really hilarious.

The M&G was just great, really relaxed.    We had earlier met a lovely couple Harold and Audrey who flew here from Spain   just to see this concert.  There was no bus access at all, but we saw Bill walk by so we  told the guy Harold to speak to Bill about getting a meet and pic with Taylor for his wife.  Bill was great and made it happen so they came into the M&G with me.
   I went next to last and first I said Hi Taylor, I'm Pattie, I feel like I'm your East Coast ambassador, I'm always around when you're here.  Then I said could you stand and take the pic while explaining that in Torrington the pic we took came out blurry.  He said sure.  Bill took 2 since I was looking up the first time.  Then I gave him a  T-shirt from me and Anne with a Life Is Good football  explaining that it was the first week of football and he seemed to really like that.     I said I'd been listening to Sam Cooke's Bring it on Home to Me and I would love to hear him sing that, and he said he was working on an acustic version for his next tour.  And I said great maybe it could be a new single.    We all milled around till it was over, thats why I took those extra pics.  Then I saw another chance and I went over to him and said because of him I've met about six people that I consider friends and its all because of  him.  He seemed touched by that  and reached out and shook my hand.    I just love him to death.  

As it turned out we wound up taking the foreign couple home to Bayside so they could get a train back to the city.  They had taken a bus and train to Jones Beach, not realizing how they would get back.  Such lovely people, and her concert was a dream come true.

BTW Taylor had on khaki shorts and great looking sandals - such a cutie.

Taylor looks so manly in that photo - it must be from the fact that he is towering over you! What a great shot!

from Spain-very cool. Sounds like Taylor made it really special. I
can't believe you were able to function enough to talk about Sam
Cooke and thank him re your new friends. Highly functioning
around the MAN-I'm impressed.

Believe me, that is the best I've ever managed up close like that, usually my mind goes into a blank zone - I think it helped that the M&G was relaxed and not rushed.
