Our newest project is an NESP scrapbook for the last year. For now,
we're organizing memories, recaps, and pics for each show. The mods
will be moving threads, getting rid of old stuff, and consolidating so
it will be easier to put together. We'd like members to post in the
Scrapbook Spotlight threads the memories they would like included
so we don't forget anything Huggy We have volunteers to work on
several of the shows, but can definitely use more help! Highfive

Once we have everything in place, members will be working on a few
pages for each show. Then they'll print out copies for everyone and
anyone who wants one will have a nice memory book from all our
adventures Woohoo People who are not participating will probably
be able to order a copy for a fee for printing/copies. It will be a simple
format-letter sized pages that people can just put in a notebook with
sheet protectors to keep costs low.

Start adding your favorite moments now...the threads are located in
the NESP Upcoming Events section. Highfive
I don't think you realize how tech challenged I really am.
I'm not buying that you're tech challenged Amy!! Haha

People have started adding stuff to the threads-we still need some more pages claimed too...and if I drafted you and you're not interested
just let me know Tongue

You can add anything at all to the threads...little one line memories,
recaps,pics,set lists,newspaper clippings,etc. If we're going to do it,
might as well go the whole way! Highfive
Liz, let me know if anyone you drafted isn't interested and I'll pick up that show.
I'll be here for tech support if anyone needs help, but I can't take on a show. Paper is not in my budget this year. Fear
Well I am technically challenged...I don't use any sort of word program or anything with much efficiency. I will make a good old-fashioned scrapbook page from scratch and will photocopy. If it's a craftytard page, so be it. Grin
Haha Craftytards Unite! I may do the same thing. I have Microsoft
Publisher which is good for copying and pasting, resizing, etc. It's
easy to use too Highfive
I don't know nothing 'bout that kind of stuff Haha

Give me a glue stick and a pair of scissors.
I'm even dangerous with the glue stick. Haha Crafty-tards are us.
I wish I had publisher, but I don't..

If anyone knows a good shareware (cheapware, freeware, borrowware) publishing program that plays nicely with Word (which is scary since Word doesn't play nicely on its own) --
I'd be willing to try it.
Craft projects - - nope - - brain can come up with lots of ideas but hands refuse to translate them into
3 dimensional objects.

What I can contribute is access to useful office equipment Smile

ETA:  Margaux will ask son's computer junkie friend about free programs.  Are you looking for something like a Publisher or Corel Draw program ? ? ?
