Wow....what a busy man he was....concerts, tv appearances, book signings....
He's such a hard worker & so dedicated to his career, yet so polite & down to earth.   A true professional & a true gentleman. 
That's really commendable. 

I'm okay with switching off standing and sitting, out of respect for others. But at the BIG E, there is a section of chairs (probably 20 rows worth) in front of the stage , and a section of bleachers behind that. So, if they came to sit thru the whole concert, the bleachers wouldve been the best option.
I , on the other hand, came to dance, sing, and oggle Taylor!!!

............. it depends on the how the stage and the seats relate in each individual venue

The Big E is a perfect example of a venue designed to accomodate everyone.  It was probably done that way to allow people to roam in and out of the concert area from the rest of the fairgrounds - - but whatever the reason - it is a great layout for concerts.

The stage is raised very high and they have Jumbotrons (the big screens showing the live action) so everyone no matter what their preference can do what they want - well as long as they keep their clothes on - security might intercede at that point  

We were three rows back center right and were up for most of the songs.  My 6 year old grandson stood - and danced - in the chair beside me for about the first 20 minutes and then off and on as the mood hit him

Oh, The Big E. I never missed a beat at the Big E. And, I think Taylor enjoyed that. He knew where we all were.

AH - you were behind me. Not directly but I knew that I could stand because you and your family were there enjoying themselves.

I was about 10 rows back but had an end seat, and was in the middle section of chairs...I sang to very song! danced to most of them, and a very nice security guard allowed me to get up close to get some pics!! I had my TOSP Team Taylor t-shirt and matching white hoodie on! I was all about Taylor that night!! Hubby sat most of the time as did my son and his friend.
I had a blast!!!
