I had the day off and was stuck doing the boring stuff I don't do during the week when I work and am online (which is always!).
Hi Diane. I have been to a lot of the same shows as you. REmember standing out on the parking lot in 100 degree heat in VA to see Taylor at Innsbrook? ANd Westbury? Your videos are awesome.
And Skeeter: Hey, how are you? Haven't spoken to you in 4 or so minutes! Video queen. It was a great couple of tours, right??
If we can swing it, let's plan a dinner in central Jersey again if that is good for everyone. Our first dinner was such a hoot. And the pictures!!! Bring your pictures!! All 23 albums of them!
I just wish we had a tour schedule. I need to plan way ahead of time. Mostly what to wear. That's OCD, I know, but it is important! And the gift giving gives me worry. What to bring??? We must work on that.
I am practicing with my digi camera using skills unlike last year when I used it for the first time in Tampa and got 2 whole pictures. Now that I have 3100 pictures of Taylor, I need more.

I posted this news on my myspace page so if you know someone who would like to join us for a partay before or during the tour, please point them in this direction.
Keep in touch.... The tour will be rolling in before we know it and we have to be ready.
Make it a great MonTay. And Taylor was fantastic on Friday. The fact that the announcer said he was on the floor more than standing is announcer code for 'the guy's a scrapper'. Can't buy that kind of hustle. You either got it or you don't.

First it was something like 66 degrees here on Sunday and then the temp FELL about 40 degrees!! I cant stand this weather!
Ill repeat my hellos to everyone! Even tho I live in PA now, Im originally from NJ--and since the Garden State should be renamed the Diner State, we really need to get together!!
I'll have to drag the DH along tho, since I dont drive anymore. Thats okay, he's come with me to all the concerts (well, Ive only been to three) and he had the pleasure of meeting Taylor at my M&G. He really enjoys his music. We are both musicfans, so its really nice that we agree on the same talent. And, he doesnt mind me thudding over Taylor! (Besides, he's the photographer--he was trying out his camera at Millersville, so he got some really nice shots!)

Sure, bring DH to the parTAY. We've had hubbies there before but they ran and hid as soon as we saw other SP'er's. LOL. My husband went to 2 shows with me: Beacon and Cohasset. He's a photog guy and won't use anything but a SLR camera but the pictures are beautiful.
I'm putting the message out to some fans I know who are not on myspace so hoping we get everyone who is interested informed of our plans.

David (the DH) gets a kick outta the SPers...like when we went to Concord and when we all started "The Right Place" for Taylor. And fortunately, most SPers like him too!

Kim, my DH is named Dave too. My son has the same name so we call him Dave and my son David. My DH went with me to Baltimore and Atlantic City. He fell asleep at The Borgata while he was videotaping for me. 
I don't even know how that is possible at a Taylor Hicks show. It had to be the beer at dinner and he was obviously comfortable and it was pretty dark there. I woke him up with my elbow because he snores pretty loud and I didn't want that happening. He does like Taylor though not on the same level as I do.

I agree completely. I am seriously bothered at the shows where they don't let us stand and dance. On the flip side, when we went to see Taylor in Baltimore at Rams Head Live, my DH was enjoying himself very much and dancing!! We were on the floor by the stage but back a little bit. It was by far my favorite venue to see him perform at. I liked the three levels and everyone seemed to really enjoy the heck out of Taylor that night.
