yes...I am staying at the DT (I work for a sister hotel brand).
I get there on Friday...around 12:30pm...until Monday at the DT...then move to a Hampton Inn closer to Irondale AL (home of EWTN)...as happy as I am to see you all...also planning a visit the place that has been feeding my spirit for 25 years.
I will make my convention reservations in the AM...as my home computer is too slow for anything but chatting...etc.
Barbie, Liz & I will be hanging around on Sunday. We'll have to find something to do together!
great! I just booked my conventions package...wish I could have sprung to be a sponsor...but could not spring the extra $$...need to save just a bit. I know there has to be a greek restaurant somewhere in Birmingham...and I hear they have a nice zoo too. Perhaps when we get there at the hotel...something will stirr all our minds. I do not pick up my rental car until Monday...when I move closer to EWTN.
