Tonight's Idol Gives Back show was HORRIBLE. What a dreadful 2 1/2 hours. Last year's was much, much better. Why do we all have to be subjected to Miley Cyrus? Twice?
I was thinking the same thing Amy. They really did a much better job last year, and I think they actually had more celebrities then as well. And yeah, two Miley Cryrus performances AND her little routine with Billy Crystal. 
One thing though, did ya catch the hot fiddle player in "The Band from TV"? Jesse Spencer from House.

I noticed Bob the Bachelor as a back up singer.... I loved that guy....I am one of the 17 people who bought his CD after he was The Bachelor!

Me tooooooo...I was hoping for him to sing anything by Jim Morrison and The Doors...Light my Fire or Touch Me!!!! He has such charisma, I dont think the man from down under will slip under...maybe Keith Urban will come to rescue his fellow Aussie of Taylor's new record label.

Sad to see Michael go! I really didn't like the way Ryan told him either. It's like when Ryan know's people will be shocked he turns into a cocky jerk.
"Remember last season when we didn't kick off anybody"... He didn't need to say that, it's almost like he was going to say "oh go sit down". Ryan seriously needs to get some!
I've just cleared out my locker over at AI...and taking my toys home. First they throw eggs at all of us who voted for Taylor. Then push CD on us...now the Jordan stuff...and sent home the nicest reason for me to even care about this show (Luke first and now MJ). I gave some support over at MJ's threads but got shoved off. I hope Keith Urban or Nicole Kiddman can open some more doors for MJ. Going to bed now...its waaaaay past my bedtime. G'day mates...
I'm shocked that Michael's gone! I wonder if it were another case of
fans assuming he was safe like it happened with Chris? I agree,
Ryan showed really poor taste with the tease about last year not
voting anyone off and then dropping the bomb. Not cool
This is one bizarre season IMO
I do see Michael putting out a great CD and we definitely haven't
seen the last of him.
I see Michael's fans whining and putting down the eventual winner for the rest of eternity, like Daughtry's fans... :cough:
