Now it might depend on whether the beard was dark, salt-n-pepper, or sorta "calico"
When Michael McDonald went gray, his beard and eyebrows stayed dark for a long time, and I always thought he was very handsome.

Oh, the photo of young and bearded Taylor does all sorts of things to me. A little fantasy: Taylor in hibernation in a cabin somewhere, writing, and bearded because he's just too wrapped up to shave. Yup. Now back to work for me. Riiiiiiight!

Based on what little photography I have examined of Taylor's five o'clock shadow....I'd say he's got many gray whiskers there!

I think I'm in the minority here, but love the scruff, but wouldn't want
the actual growth! Love me some clean cut wholesome Taylor, but the scruffy wild side does crazy things to me
