Photobucket's new Edit features will do that after you upload - - find it simpler to use than either Paint or Corel actually
Once the picture is in your folder click on the Edit tab and it will load to this "Basic" page - - then click on Fix Red Eye to get the tool

ETA: if you have problems with the Photobucket Edit feature because of Dial up let me know - I can bring it into my folder and fix the red eyes for you
I had a preview of the picture in question, and I strongly urge Amy to do what she can about those red eyes.. it's a nice one.
