The picture of Taylor sitting on the stage is from the Grammy School session the afternoon of Taylor's show at The Beacon in NY. It is from the Getty professional site and hasn't got a wartermark so probably from someone with an account.
The second one looks like a screen cap not a photo - there are a few smart folks who do that so ? ? ?
