I will have to look for this...

Thanks for the preview. Smile
Doesnt he look sweet? Awww--that pic melts my heart!

He was on last week's edition of VH1's "Best Week Ever" and he was funny! He and one of the "interviewers" did this skit on "how David Cook wears his hair"; it had David doing the guy's hair into one of his "signature" styles and what products he used.

If you get VH1 you can probably catch a rebroadcast of it today or tomorrow. Or maybe if you go to VH1's web site and click on "Best Week Ever".
I agree with the blog comments "CFM eyes personified"....LOL!

Margaux, have you joined Cougars 4 Cook yet?? Tongue
Seger -- I just hate the term "cougars". It implies that women over 40 who think about sex are not normal, and that they are desparate, and only appreciate the young man for one reason. I think we've mentioned this before. A man over 40 who is interested in a 25 year old woman is just a normal man.

In the same article, Cook's mom comments that when she went back to work, she said she'd happily answer questions about David and the AI experience, but that she did not want to hear any comments that they thought David was hot or sexy.. cause it's just not right for your friends to say that about your son!
I hate the term cougars also and I love yanking your chain.
I love David's talent and aura a lot but I don't have any fangirl feelings for him (at this point) and I really don't have time for another distraction....Taylor takes up enough of my time and heart. Heart

At the risk of TMI....I am a perfect example of a woman reaching her "peak" at 35 and showing no signs of waning in the coming years well past 35.
I saw an episode of Dr. Phil about "cougars" and aside from the sexual stamina of younger men, they are just more vibrant, spontaneous, active etc. than many men in their 40's and 50's. These older men are either tired and lazy and have lackluster libidos or they are not interested in women their own age and want a 25-30 year old. So there you go....it ain't easy finding and keeping that romance, passion, and love alive. We all lose beauty with age and certainly after a few babies, the body suffers big time but if you can grow old gracefully TOGETHER it's wonderful IMO. Grin

I will be screaming for David and Michael right next to you at the Verizon Arena!
Small world....I just saw a video on Comcast (The Fan) where DC was quoted as saying he's looking to "get into the older woman dating" pool and "there's something very sexy about an older woman." He totally knows about the Cougars 4 Cook and embraces it fully! Whoooo! Haha
What else can he say at this point? He doesn't want to turn anyone off. And being a red-blooded male who says he's always considered himself a dork, he's gotta love the attention. As one of my old boyfriends told me, "I'm tired of all these women who admire my mind, I wish they'd lust after my body."

Remember the things Taylor was saying at the same point in his career? Made us all just wonder where he'd been all our lives. Smart boys.

I don't believe you Seger, I think you do have "fangirl feelings" for DC a little. Grin That picture, those eyes, C'mon you KNOW you do! Devil

Well I'm 36 and I agree completely with your entire post up there. My DH is three years older and we both agreed if anything happened to the other that we would BOTH go younger. I probably would NOT go more than ten years younger but I don't think ten is unreasonable. Tired? Lazy? Lackluster libido? No. No. No. That is not gonna fly. I'd imagine the younger men are more receptive to being taught some things too. innocent

Margaux, THANKS for those bedroom eyes up there. Heat Is anyone else hot in this thread? Tongue I just read an article on David in OK Magazine yesterday in the gym and he mentioned he has dated older women in the past. I tried to find it on-line with no luck.

but that spot in my heart is reserved Heart I think this is a fascination that has just become part of my life-Haha
