Yeah...this doesn't exactly seem to be an in-depth piece. "Mostly pre-Idol tunes"? I have a feeling it's going to be 100% pre-Idol tunes.
But I guess if average Joe Schmoe reads this and gets excited about an upcoming release from Taylor, it's a good thing.
I'm thinking I don't care how it gets in the paper, as long as it does, and it's positive. Being in NY will definitely get him more attention, and not just for the
Grease thing. Who's going to talk about him when he's sitting home in AL? Well, us.
It just amuses me that there's someone working for the NYPost who reads the same Taylor Hicks Google Alerts that I do...

I crack up when I see NY Post because at the BBQ Taylor changed
the words to NY State of Mind to NY Post and kind of rolled his
eyes and laughed
It was so easy living day by day
Out of touch with the rhythm and blues
But now I need a little give and take
The New York Times, The Daily News (insert the NY Post instead)
It is great to see his name in the news each day again!
People are starting to tell me they've seen stuff about him too (that hasn't happened much since Idol)
