I know I would Margaux. When I heard they were doing Queen week, I knew he had to do that song. And he did it great too! But it seems he stays away from his AI songs on tour.
Seeing that with his current band would be awesome-such energy-
they would bring the house down!

I saw one of his concerts on Youtube, I forget which one, and he starting singing "Do I make you proud", I was like Huh??? After a minute of that song he busted into one of his own! LOL

I think you were watching the Seattle show from back in the spring. He did DIMYP as the encore and then broke into ABBA's Dancing Queen. It's a joke that started back on Gray Charles when Loren originally said they were pretty much an ABBA cover band. It was a great inside joke to the hardcore fans.

My first thud

(although I didnt call it that back then) was during Hollywood week on AI when he sang "First Cut is the Deepest", THUDDED

twice as hard for "Easy" (watch the YouTube vid and at the beg he winks at one of the chicas--he's way too sexy for words!--

loved him then,

love him more today!

I agree with that Indigo.
When Taylor sang "The First Cut...." I was in awe! He did it so well. His voice...
With the anniversary of Taylor's AI win fast approaching, it got me thinking back to last year and the first time I thudded because of Taylor. I thought it might be an interesting topic for this board, and that everyone might like to share (if not, the moderators can delete).
So here is my first thud: I had been watching AI all season, and early on had picked Taylor as my favorite guy and Paris as my favorite gal in the competition. I found Taylor entertaining and interesting, but I first thudded when he sang "Just Once". Once my husband scraped me off the floor, I found I could hardly breathe and I hardly slept that night.
The next day I came to work and another Tay fan who also loved the song emailed me a link to where I could download it. It was the first song I ever downloaded, and the start of my obsession with Taylor.
Now I thud almost daily (OK, I admit, daily). I know some out there do it hourly! LOL
The first time I thudded was at the A.I concert, opening night in Manchester, N.H.
When he came down through the crowd, I knew right then and there that he was a special guy.....
Details Texan~we need details!

I'll try to get a recap posted ASAP....I'm still trying to catch up after a long weekend spent with other Soul Patrol friends!
my first thud was before he sang and I saw him sitting in the chair, waiting his turn. My heart went THUD!!! And when he started talking, I fell hard for his voice...then he sang!!! I was done then!! he was absoultely handsome then and even more handsome now!!
