Amy, thanks for doing the dirty work - I lasted for about 4 shows the first season and I don't even want to fast forward through the drek.
This kid is fantastic however - - looking forward to the next video of him.

I wasn't crazy about the way he sounded in the first video All Ill Be. I went to his MySpace and listened again, it sounded much better. More originals there, check it out. He sounded GREAT singing Walkin in Memphis. I almost thought he was gonna make Hasselholf cry again but only one man is good enough to do that. I hope he does well, I like his voice.

Taybea - the results from last night's show will air next Tuesday. His stiffest competition last night was probably a 4 year old little girl. She's adorable but a complete Vegas act of just her? Um, I don't think so.

AWESOME! I have not seen Eli. I rarely put the show on and when I do it seems I only catch the female impersonators or the Elvis impersonator.

He makes me think of the lead from Back Door Slam - someone else I am in awe of - young guy with a surprising "ripened" voice.

I just now had a chance to visit his myspace page and listen. I LOVE his song "7".

America's Got Talent is on 3 nights this week - Tues, Wed & Thurs.

The more I listen to him without the visual, he sounds like Pearl Jam's lead singer, Eddie Vedder. A little? Anyone else? or am I just hearing things?
