IDOLS IN CONCERT!
APRIL 18, 2009 - SATURDAY - 8PM

A surprising combination of four of the top ten finalists from seasons 1 through 6 will take to the stage for the most exciting night of solo, duet and ensemble performances ever in one place. This brand new production, with musical direction by “American Idol’s” own Michael Orland, is a great way to see and hear the brightest Idol stars up close and personal in an intimate theatrical setting. Relive your favorite Idol moments as these talented young artists perform the songs that catapulted them into national stardom, as well as a new selection of all-time hits. This is one reunion not to be missed - Idols in Concert!

Has anyone heard of this - I checked the AI page and didn't see anything there - maybe it was announced a long time ago and I missed it???
There has been a show of this sort (rotating assorted Idol contestants) at a lounge in San Francisco, also directed by Michael Orland.

There's also an Idols in Concert for the Holidays show..

I was trying to figure out the names and faces associated with this tour...

I see Ace at the bottom...Constantine...Diana Degarmo...Kimberly Caldwell...Justin Guarini...Anthony Federov...Lisa Tucker...Vonzell Solomon...

Rickey Smith and Lisa Tucker are two other names on the poster. So you'll buy tickets and have no idea exactly who you'll be seeing?

Do you mean Tyler Hick? I heard he's in a Broadway musical. Wink

I think this would be a fun tour, if given the right choices. Of course,
the four we would pick would probably not be the options Devil Do
you think the SP would have a heart attack if Taylor ever opted to do
something like this? Haha
I was thinking, if Constantine was on the tour, people might pay $350 --*not*-- to have a meet and greet.
Devil LOL
Hell they'd have to pay me $350 to even go to the show . . and then I'd want one of those trays you have to step in when entering a clean zone - - but on the way out ! !

Not worth a heart attack - - might create a serious run on anti-nausea meds though. shifty

I'm wondering if because of whatever was in their contracts way back then, they can continue to use their likeness, even though they might not be the ones who show up on stage...so you could be paying for a bunch of Sanjaya's (sorry if that offends anyone, but he wasn't my cup of tea); heck, I needed a drink after listening to him....Haha
I'm just saying.......
