and don't see them on the chart for any of the tracking lists at the Swamp either

Well it's a local chain - I doubt they would be on any list anyway...what are there? 3 or 4 stores in the whole state?

Note : according to this chart Walmart does report to USA - - ??? and the NY Times list - but no others
and Sam's Club reports only to NY Times - no others

Have ordered the book and have a receipt, but whenever I fill in the entry form, it comes up blank and they tell me I must order a book. What am I doing wrong. ???

--I conclude Mr. Paperback could be one of those sellers.
