Hi everyone! As you may or may not know, our favorite drummer Zippy D is expecting his first child (a son) at the end of September.
There is a baby shower next month and I wanted to give the online community an opportunity to contribute if you would like!

They are registered at Babies'R'Us and Target so something off the registry would be great! Or just a gift card or a pack of diapers would be wonderful! Anything at all will be greatly appreciated!

Please message me if you would like to contribute and I will give you an address where you can send your gift. Don't worry - it isn't Zippy's address - LOL! Or if you are coming to Birmingham on July 20th you can give it to Zippy yourself or give to me to hold until the baby shower next month!

I am happy to announce that on Tuesday, September 18 at exactly 8:12 a.m. Zippy and Sara welcomed their little boy, Chase Aaron into the world. It was one of the most beautiful moments I have ever experienced in my life and I am so happy I could share the experience with them. I arrived at the hospital Monday night at 7:30 and didn't leave until 11:00 Tuesday morning when I unfortunately had to go to work. It was a long night with no sleep, thanks to a machine that beeped every 10 minutes. Zippy, Sara and I definitely learned that there's not a lot of good t.v. to watch at 3 in the morning!

Anyways, mom, dad and baby are doing wonderfully! If you want to post messages here for the proud parents and new baby I will be happy to pass them along.

Oh he's got quite a little grip - perfect for holding drumsticks!!!!

I went by the hospital yesterday afternoon and spent about 2 1/2 visiting with Zippy and Sara and holding that precious baby boy. He is just about the cutest thing in the world! Everyone is doing great and they get to go home this morning.

Okay, if you have never looked at a picture I've posted or a video I've taken of LiMBO or Erin, this needs to be the one that you finally watch. On Friday, October 19 Erin and the guys played at Ona's and it had been almost 3 weeks since they played together and it was a GREAT show! But the highlight of the evening was when Sam picked up his guitar and started into "Red House", a song which I have come to love and it is a favorite of mine. Little did I know that it would be 12 minutes of incredible guitar playing with some deep emotion behind it. I am in complete awe of this wonderful man and what he can do.

Zippy and Mitch from LMBO are now playing with Vince Esquire and they need our help!
