OK - I know this topic probably won't get much response, but I watched a concert of theirs earlier today on the 101 on Directv. I've seen them in concert once quite a few years ago and it was a very good show. Similar to Taylor's in that they are very energetic and lively - but yet the songwriting on the occasional slowdown tells a very nice story. Mark Miller is a very intelligent man. Claiming to be "The Original American Idols" since they won Star Search in 1983, they've enjoyed a very long and healthy career making music. And, I truly admire what he did for Bucky after he was "invited to leave the show" (Bucky's words - not mine). Bucky performed with the band during the one hour concert performance that aired this morning.
My favorite songs of theirs include "The Walk", "Step that Step", "Thank God for You" and "Cafe on the Corner". "Betty's Being Bad" is one of those guilty pleasures of mine.
Here are a few links if you'd like to check them out!
