Well, I really don't have anything constructive to add to the great ideas already here, except that if there was more exclusive content (and better support... ahem) over at HQ, I would be more inclined to join.  I remember when it first opened up, OH the complaints about the inability to sign in, etc.

And myspace scares the bejeezus out of me.  Too much glitter.  Tame that, and I might venture over.   That's a big ol' might, tho, cuz I grew up in the age of programming your own website from scratch using good design principles.

I agree with everything that is said here. I met you at the HOB in Hollywood, and sat near the merchandising table on one of the stools. I remember you! LOL
I think that anyone spending the $25.00 to be in the fan club deserves first hand treatment, and all I hear is how user UNfriendly that site is. Maybe the meet and greets should be offered there, instead of thru the ticket sales? That way each member feels special, and would feel like spending the money to join?
I am happy to see it is going to get a revamping, and with everything I've heard about you, I'd say it's in good hands. You were nothing but friendly and polite to everyone at that HOB concert!

Another idea for THHQ: More merchandise! Maybe a featured "item of the month" (maybe even offered at a small discount during the month it is featured) and each month it could be something new and different, like a tshirt one month, a mug the next, and so on. I don't believe the items offered on the HQ site have changed since it was opened.

I think if a membership package is offered than we should recieve it! We're still waiting. What gives?

There were issues happening with the approval of the contents of the package, so I am currently working on getting you guys a package that you will be excited about. I know it's taken forever, and once this is resolved (which will be soon) this will cease to be a problem for renewals, ect. Just know that this is one of our top priorities right now, and it will be fixed.
