Plans are all set for Concord. The group will be meeting at Margarita's
at 4:00. People that got M&G's have to go to box office by 6:00 which
will give us a nice block of time to relax and chat.

Everyone -- remember that I 93 coming north from Massachusetts will be a parking lot on Friday afternoon, please come as early as you possibly can.

A suggested alternate route into town is I-93, Exit 10 in Manchester, which is Rt 3a (at Home Depot/Target).. that will take you all the way into Concord, it will be "South Main Street" once you get past all the auto dealers, just stay on it through the lights at McDonald's and the venue will be on your left just a few blocks after McDonald's.

I am not sure where I will be parking, depends on the flow of the day, but I plan to walk from Margarita's to the venue. I suggest that if anyone sees a free space in front of the venue (and there are not many), they grab it, so we can keep gifts and use that as our HQ in front of the venue.

There is a city lot across from Margarita's, also a brand new one 3 blocks from venue, across the street. Parking lots and metered spaces are free after 5 pm, so bring enough quarters to get you till 5.

Whatever you do, don't park in the little strip mall across the street from the venue, next to the Draft Bar, they WILL TOW.

Unless they use a side street, the area where I expect the buses to be is a very narrow alley. Bus stalking could be interesting.



I'll be bringing the Soul Patrol bag with bumper stickers, glow bracelets, NESP pins, Koozies, etc.

Here is the scoop at Margaritas:

They know we are coming but they don't take reservations. Those of us who can get there at 4 can grab tables in the small section to the right of the bar.
Free chips and salsa, usually in the evening there is a very small platter of free munchies by the bar.

They have a jukebox like the one we found at Rosie's of Portland, so we should be able to find a couple Taylor songs to get us going.

I have a meet & greet too - but not sure if I'm an official HQ one yet or not...

Hi guys - wow after the non-stop weekend it seems strange to be alone " in the dorm room" tonight   

have never had a warm fuzzy relationship with Lady Luck but my 4 favorite dancers on So You Think You Can Dance made it to the finale tonight - - the chef I picked early on to win Hell's Kitchen actually won - - and I got another M&G for Concord - -
maybe I should go buy a NESP lottery ticket tomorrow - think we've already figured out how to spend it

Okay everyone....I have insomnia...been plaqued with it lately..sigh, but of course now I have the added pressure of Taylor "meet & greet" in Concord!! OMG....I am freaking out just a little (LOT)! Are you all going to hold me up?? I mean he's just a guy...right? LOL... And to think, I have to get up for work in 5 and a half hours... Susan
