We have a block of seats if you haven't got tickets yet. I'll be selling
them until Sunday April 15th. Then I have to give the contact the

This venue has no dress code, point and shoot cameras no flash
allowed, doors open at 7:00 and show starts at 8:00. The stage
revolves and no seat is more than 50' away from stage.

I called Harry's and they can definitely accomodate our group-they
will be in their new building by then. Nothing can be officially planned
there until late May because of the move. I'm thinking we can just
make Harry's NESP central before and after show like we did at the
Clam. That seemed to work for everyone and then people can do
drinks and apps or order a meal if they'd like-keep it simple.

I've emailed the guy again about the hospitality tent since he still
hasn't called. I think that would be a great option for us for both shows
(if they do it at both shows).
Do people want NESP shirts or baseball hats? Thinking that might
be the next thing we could sell to raise $$.
I vote for a t-shirt...I have some ideas for a design if it will fly.
I think we need to take over the Hyannis Harbor Hotel. This place looks really nice and the rates are quite reasonable...even for Harbor views!!!

We're working on Hyannis plans next...Hyannis Harbor is in a good
spot, right at the harbor, but I don't know much about it. The question
would be if people want to drive to the Melody Tent or just walk across
the street. I'm not staying in a hotel since I live here. I'll help with

Walking is good if drinking is involved but find I don't drink much at the show because am afraid I'll miss something
as my father-in-law was fond of saying - You don't buy beer and coffee - you just rent them !

Are we definitely looking at the Sheraton? Will they block at the $120 a night rate?
I just read some pretty crappy reviews of the Sheraton, but maybe
they're old...It still is the closest to the venue, and the Blues bar where
we'll probably end up after the show. I'm waiting to hear back from Pat,
re rates. Just let me know where you decide you want to stay.
The good news is I think we can do our preparty there from 1-4. They
have the Yacht Club lounge with drinks and apps that opens out to the
pool if it's nice weather. Should be perfect. So....Hyannis is set except
for the hotel.
