I just wanted you to know that I saw you in concert three times this summer and was even lucky enough to get you to sign my ticket in Hyannis, MA. Though I have never been able to meet with you like so many of the fine ladies of the NESP, I hope to tell you in person some day just how much you have inspired me and kept me smiling during this very difficult period of my life. I am a recent college grad dealing with divorce in the family. Your music and memoirs have helped to carry me through....and I'm proud to say that I have long been a big fan of wearing new balance sneaks just like you! Anyway, I hope you take time to celebrate and have tons of fun on your birthday.
