The dropping of the Rs was a real challenge for me in college. I started as a broadcast media major and had to take speech classes. They worked hard to get me to not drop my Rs. About the time it was beginning to work, I graduated and came back to NE. Then everyone chided me about my midwestern accent!
Geee I feel like I should hang my head being from CT.. I should but don't have a Red Sox suck shirt! LOL I am a die hard Yankee Fan but not a Red Sox basher. It's not the team it's some of the nasty fans that don't make it fun. I'm all for the rivalry it's fun!

When they won the world series they deserved it, they played well that year and have since. When it really hit me is when I went to see my Dad and first born at the cemetary and I saw tons of Red Sox flags at the cemetary!!! I sat there and cried for those who didn't make that 86 years to see it! Some had just died and I thought "oh how they would have loved to have seen them win!

Damnnn I turned out to be a real downer huh?

Go Yankees! LOL WoohooRotfl:rotfl:Woohoo
We'd best stay away from each other for a while then...
