Well, I was thinking more along the lines of sparklers and party hats but if you insist...I'll *try* to find something nice to wear.

I like the hospitality tent idea, though. Very cool!
I've stayed at the Cohasset Inn.. it's very nice (not too too nice).. right on the Harbor .. good restaurant right down the street that's owned by the Inn. There are, I think, a few other places out on the main road (the one that runs from Hingham to Cohasset).. The Theatre is great but it does rotate and people get up and down a lot.. great venue though for a summer concert. I don't think I can go but I'll be anxious to hear about it. Corky

Now Amy,
I'm pretty liberal and all that but if I'm going to be hanging around with you at this get together I'm afraid I'm going to have to Insist you wear more than sparklers and a party hat - - pasties and a thong at the very least !!!!   Tongue

Rotfl:rotfl:Rotfl Now that would get Taylor's attention!! Kiss

I took a very quick ride up to Cohasset yesterday but didn't find out
much. Music Circus had a grand opening yesterday and I tried to
get there by 4:00 but work killed that idea. When I got there there was
a line at the box office and all the seats are covered and behind a gate
so I couldn't snoop and take pics like I wanted...It does look really
small so it's going to be great! Smile

Cohasset Harbor is the closest hotel, and it looks much nicer on the
website than in person. Granted the weather was dreary and they
had machinery all over the place by the water. Hopefully that changes
by June. It was crowded with some function so I didn't go it-no
parking, etc. The restaurant is separate and up the street a little like
Corky said-it is on the water. The Red Lion isn't much farther away
but was in "town" (what little there is of the town) by a few little shops.
There isn't a whole lot going on in the town.

It may be more fun for people to just head to the Cape and have their
rooms for the two days. Then they could already be checked in and
do stuff on Sunday a.m. Very hard to tell what the band will do. If
they stay in Cohasset, there are places in Hull and Scituate to go,
they could head to Boston, or maybe they'll head to the Cape. I
wish we had a spy in camp Cool
If we stay at the cape two days, how would that work? Check in Saturday, go back out to Cohasset, then drive back after the show? When would we party?
I know some folks are only coming for Saturday...

(too many questions for a sunday morning, I know)
I was thinking just do the day in Cohasset and then head to the
Cape and check in after the show? I don't know....whatever works
best for the group. Maybe people will do different things. We'll try
to make the party preshow in Cohasset so people can be flexible
after and early in the day on Saturday.
I need to stay in or near Cohasset as my sister & friend are heading back home Sunday morning. I can't abandon them after the show! I'll drive into Hyannis on Sunday morning.

OH, I don't know. I think perhaps just sparklers and party hats may capture Taylor's attention!Haha

I think there will be a group staying over in Cohasset from the sounds of it. Let us know where you're staying so we can plan the preparty
from that. The Red Lion bar looked casual, but nice and they do
preshow stuff there (they sent me a $20 off coupon that we could use).

Hospitality tents probably won't work. They want $45 a person for
appetizers and cash bar, which seems pricey. I'm thinking organized
lunch early in the day if that works for people and just meet for a drink
preshow if people want. We may have more options for Hyannis. LOL
this is more complicated than Portland,Boston,or Hampton Roll Eyes
What I've found in my surfing is that Cohasset Harbor and Nantasket Beach don't seem to be available that weekend, and Red Lion starts at $200 a room.

The next thing I found was a Comfort Inn down off Rt 3 in Rockland, 10 miles from South Shore Music Circus. At least we'd be right on the road to the cape, so we'd just be getting up Sunday morning, making our waffle and hitting the road.
