Starting yet another Friday night planning thread so I can call the
Clarion to warn them

This is the list that I have for the dinner-please correct me if I'm off on
any of this, and please let me know if I need to add you
It seems like a later dinner will work for most, as many are coming
after work. I'm thinking 7:30 in the Red Parrot restaurant at the
Clarion (it closes at 9:00 but it's all ages-their other place is 21 plus
as it's a club). I think people can still go to the fair afterwards as it
stays open later on weekends.

The Clarion is at 1080 Riverdale Street in West Springfield, about
4 miles from the Big E.

I'm not sure what time we are getting there, so you may want to put me & mom as a maybe. I'm going to try to get there as early as possible, but no guarantees.

One thing that I am going to suggest to DebD (Hi! ) is that after she and I arrive and get checked in, even though I will be dog-tired, to take a ride and scope out the parking, fair, etc. I need to know where things are and get my bearings! If anyone wants to ride over with us, they are more than welcome. Her car holds 5, so we have room for 3!

Sounds fine to me Amy! And yes, my car holds five pretty comfortably.

I can't get a straight answer out of my crowd but am going to go with 4 adults

btw - two of those are guys, Gina

the kids have the camper and are staying at a campground - not sure what time they will be getting there or how tired the 3 year old will be so not including them in the count

Amy, my hubs and Emma are heading up to Mass on Friday early, we are going to spend the day at the fair friday so I can "line sit/swap" on Saturday.

I never park in the lot, I usually park a block up in the same guys yard each year. Parking I'm not really worried about. Since the Arena has been revamped I will ck that out first.

I can't believe it's finally this week! Got an alert this morning that CL interviewed for an anchor job in Boston. She must be worried about us NESP'Rs!!! LOL
