On the website isn't there a link that says "where to watch?" Maybe that would be helpful. Which website? Not sure but someone posted it somewhere here.....

Alicia-maybe I could meet you in Portland and we could go up together. Anyone else want to join us?
Sure we can meet up with Amy if it ends up just being us and ride back on Monday. Any one else wants a ride just let me know. My car can hold 4 easily. If I had cable we could party in my apartment.

Alicia - are you familiar with Turf's Sports Grill? It's over by Joker's. They advertise HD and 2 JUMBO 9 foot television screens (how cool would that be???). I don't know if they have HDNet or would accommodate us or not...

AH: I'm certain the TVs can be rented but you would still need the satellite dish hookup..
I've never heard of a portable Direct TV/Dish hookup.
(omg I actually have a phone book more current than 2004 in this office... rentals, portable toilets
.. tents, tables and chairs.. forklifts.. TAYLOR rental (wonder what the hourly rate is there
)
will do more investigating when home so as not to use corporate internet resources for frivlous matters..
Portable Satellite TV might be a good business for someone.

Just a thought but if you can find a place to host a gathering that has HDNet - - big screen TVs with HD capability can be rented

Margaux
yup the place does need to already have a system set up for HDNet but can connect a rented big screen into the system - - I was thinking more about not eliminating any places that might have the connection but only have regular TVs
Actually satellite receivers and dishes are portable - - ever seen an RV with a satellite dish on it ? - - Dish and Direct have special contracts for it but understand you can take your home system on vacation if you know how

trying to envision my Honda Civic with a satellite dish on the top, lol....

9.00pm second viewing at 4.30am.
:woohoo:.You won't find a sports bar open at that time in the morning.

:woohoo:
Bloody marys will be served for second viewing.
