RE: Unusual Autograph Items
wizardgirl Wrote:welovethattaylor Wrote:I have many things he signed for me. But the first was from the Idol tour in July 2006. I had backstage pass and he signed a tshirt, my ticket stub, our flag and yes, my heart, I bought it from someone in Ca. on EBay last June. I actually bought 2 or 3, but only one was autographed in person by Taylor for me.

RE: What unusual autographed items has Taylor signed for you?
I was thinking about this topic and the very first thing Taylor ever signed for me means the most and it's a simple ticket stub. It was ouside Avalon on 4/3/07 in the cold and seeing him right in front of me at the back door was unexpected and exciting.
The show was HOT, energetic, and had some nice surprises! He touched my hand as he scribbled his TH on the ticket stub and since it was a first in so many ways....first solo show for me, first thing he signed, and first time I touched the guy I admire so very much...that little piece of paper is most special.

I have no autographs because I have issues going up to people I don't know... but at the Bridgeport AI concert in September 06, Taylor, Chris and Bucky signed the back of a receipt for some kids. Their mom didn't have anything else on her! They were sooooo good with the kids.

I don't know if you would call this unusual, but it is unique!
A caricature I did of Taylor for a birthday card. I kept a copy for myself which I brought to Hampton M&G to have him sign. See the silver sharpie! I had it laminated!![]()

Taylor signed a few things for me, including his book, CDs and the Taylor teddy bear, at various concerts. But the one I'll always remember is at the AI concert in Portland when he signed my friend's young daughter's jeans. She was so thrilled! She got Chris and Ace to sign them too, and now has them framed and on a wall in her bedroom I hear.

Taylor has signed so many things for me I wouldn't bore you all with the list. But my favorites are a T-Shirt with a picture of him ad I on it the first time I met him, and a cookbook with his GrandMother's recipes and things and pictures of him that I bought from "Kids One Transport". Oh and our 2 year old grandson, Fletch, wearing his Soul Patrol cap. Taylor really liked that one, one of his first bands was called Fletch. He thought that was great. Sorry to ramble but when it comes to Taylor talk....I never want to stop, lol. God Bless America & God Bless Taylor |

(smile). That was by far the most memorable night of my life in a very long time.
I wish I could get my hands on one of those. I didn't know they existed. Where did you find it???
